Scheduling & Deposits
A credit card will be required to reserve a Spa Package or Large
groups at time of booking. If you have a gift certificate please
inform us when scheduling your appointment. We suggest booking Spa Packages a
minimum of 3 to 4 weeks in
advance to ensure preferred appointment times.
Cancellation Policy
We require 2 days notice to cancel Spa Packages or services
requiring 2 hours or more. Failure to do so will result in a fee
equal to 50% of the cost of the services. All other services
require 24 hrs hours notice
Don't Rush
For Spa Packages we recommend you arrive at least 10 minutes before your
scheduled appointment to allow time
changing and winding down before your treatments.
Please remember to turn off your cell phone in the spa.
Arriving late
If you arrive late we may need to reschedule or shorten your
treatment in order not to inconvenience or delay clients
following you.
You are in good hands
Our professionally trained staff can provide you with the
treatments you need. Please let us know if we can make you
more comfortable in anyway. For spa body treatments you
will be fully draped except for areas being treated.
Gratuities
Gratuities are gratefully received and left at your discretion.
Gift Certificates
Gift Certificates are available in any denomination; for individual services or
packages. They are available within the spa, over the phone or within an email, which
will be mailed out to you.
